Person in All White Shouting Outside Prompts Response

At approximately 9:15 PM, Vermont State Police received a report of a person wearing all white who was shouting outside and previously banging. The caller reported that the individual was yelling 'stay away from me, get away from me'. Responders were dispatched. Shortly after, dispatchers received clarification that the individual was outside, and the earlier banging inside was likely the same person. The investigation is ongoing.
