Newport Ambulance was dispatched at approximately 2:44 PM on Tuesday to the NECA Building at 371 Main Street in Newport City for a 40-year-old female experiencing adverse alcohol withdrawal symptoms, described as over-intoxication. The patient was reported to be conscious and breathing. Subsequent dispatch communications confirmed the location and address. Additional details are expected as crews continue their assessment.
