Jayda Orlowski coaxed her horse Whiskey into a straight-up jump on Saturday at the NEK Equine Expo, held at the Barton fairgrounds. Orlowski, who has spent years working with the formerly troubled mount, demonstrated a relationship of deep trust that captivated spectators.
The expo highlighted various forms of partnership between humans and horses, from training to performance. Attendees saw how patience and consistency can transform challenging animals into willing partners.
