At approximately 4:58 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to 10 Meltzer Street in Groveton for a mental health evaluation. According to initial reports, a female at the scene had expressed intentions to harm herself. State police were en route to the location, and an ambulance staged at a safe distance until the scene could be secured. Around 5:13 a.m., officers directed staging at a location identified as '113' as state police arrived. At 5:23 a.m., a person at the scene was reported to be 'on tilt,' suggesting heightened emotional state. Further details are pending.
