At approximately 3:45 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to the Urgent Care at 33 Railroad Street in Lincoln for a medical emergency. According to first responders, a 38-year-old male was conscious and breathing but experiencing abdominal pain and fever. Lincoln ambulance personnel responded to the scene.
