At 7:16 PM on July 12, Lin-Wood Ambulance personnel responded to 33 Railroad Street in Lincoln for a medical emergency at an urgent care facility. A 30-year-old female was conscious and breathing but having an allergic reaction. A doctor was administering a second dose of epinephrine and the patient was on oxygen. Further details are pending.
