At approximately 10:22 PM, emergency crews were dispatched to Route 3 at the Liberty Springs Trailhead in Lincoln for a medical emergency. A 20-year-old male located in a white truck was experiencing difficulty breathing, hand numbness, and lung pain. Twinwood Ambulance responded to the scene. Further details are not yet available.
