At 11:15 PM, Lincoln Fire and EMS were dispatched to 11 Robin Road for a medical emergency. According to first responders, a 40-year-old female is conscious but has difficulty breathing and feels like she is passing out. Crews are en route and further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
