At approximately 1:01 AM on Friday, June 5, Newport Ambulance and Troy Rescue were dispatched to 20 River Street, unit number 4, in North Troy for a 32-year-old female experiencing altered mental status. According to dispatch reports, the patient was partially awake, talking and swallowing, and had not taken her medications that day. Crews were en route at the time of the call. Further details are pending.
