At 5:55 PM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to 88 2nd Street in Newport City for a 39-year-old female who has been vomiting all day. According to initial reports, she has not eaten anything and has only been sitting on water. Newport Police also responded to the scene. The patient was located on the front porch of the residence. At 6:01 PM, a supervisor unit arrived on scene. At 6:06 PM, the responding unit indicated they were en route to North Country Hospital. At 6:13 PM, Newport 9 arrived at North Country Hospital with the patient. Further details are not yet available.
