At approximately 7:40 AM, Newport Ambulance and Newport Police were dispatched to 60 Maple Lane in Newport City for a 91-year-old female experiencing systemic pain and limited mobility. The patient was reported to be in Room 9. Responders were en route under code 3 (emergency) status. A responder reported being on scene at approximately 7:46 AM. At approximately 7:57 AM, an ambulance was en route to North Country Hospital with the patient. No further details on the patient's condition have been released at this time.
