At approximately 4:04 AM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to 60 Maple Lane in Newport City for a 70-year-old male with congestive heart failure, according to first responders. The patient was described as retaining fluids in his lungs and being very lethargic. At 4:12 AM, Orleans-1 arrived on scene. At 4:28 AM, Orleans-1 was en route to North Country Hospital. At 4:47 AM, Orleans-1 arrived at North Country Hospital with the patient. At 4:58 AM, Orleans-1 reported clear and available, concluding the response. Additional details are limited at this time.
