Newport Ambulance was dispatched at approximately 5:40 AM to 16 Summer Street in Newport City for a 31-year-old female complaining of neck pain. The patient reported a sore on the back of her neck and head that caused her discomfort. Emergency responders were en route to evaluate the patient.
