At approximately 5:42 PM, Morgan Rescue and Newport Police were dispatched to 304 Daniel Road in Charleston for a medical emergency. According to dispatch, a 32-year-old male rolled backwards in his wheelchair and fell, striking his head. He is complaining of pain in his head and back. Emergency crews are en route to the scene. Further details are not yet available.
