Vermont State Police arrested a Littleton, New Hampshire man on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in Barnet on June 20.
Trooper Matthew Salazar stopped a vehicle operated by Raymond Fregeau, 31, after observing a motor vehicle violation, according to a police statement. During the interaction, troopers detected indicators of impairment. Fregeau was taken to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing, issued a citation, and released.
He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court, Criminal Division on July 6 at 8:30 a.m.
