At approximately 9:24 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 77 St. Johnsbury Road in Littleton for a 25-year-old female who was vomiting blood. According to initial reports, the patient was conscious and breathing. Littleton Fire Department responded. At 9:40 AM, Littleton A-3 was reported clearing from the scene and heading to Littleton Hospital. Further details are limited at this time.
