Vermont State Police recovered a green dry bag near Lake Willoughby in Westmore on June 11 and are asking the owner to come forward.
The bag was found at about 3:00 p.m. in the Willoughby State Forest on the back side of the lake. It contains items that police did not specify.
Anyone who believes the bag belongs to them should call the Derby barracks at 802-334-8881 and ask for Sgt. Abigail Drew.
