At approximately 2:51 PM, Vermont State Police received a report of a vehicle traveling on Route 18 in Waterford heading onto Duck Pond Road. The caller reported the vehicle was swerving in and out of lanes and could not maintain its lane. Dispatch described the vehicle as a red 2020 Buick Encore. No further details were immediately available.
