At approximately 12:44 PM, New Hampshire State Police received a report of an erratic driver on the interstate in northern Coos County. A caller reported a blue pickup truck with New Hampshire handicap plates, number 280407, driving all over the road and passing in the breakdown lane. The vehicle allegedly swerved at the caller, turned illegally, and got back on the interstate. At 12:51 PM, dispatchers noted that the license plate registered to a Lexus, not a blue pickup truck, indicating the plates may have been switched or the vehicle description was inaccurate. At 1:49 PM, a trooper reported that a vehicle check came back clean, with no issues. Police continue to search for the vehicle.
