At 10:35 PM, Vermont State Police received reports of a small red sedan bearing a New Hampshire license plate on I-91 southbound near exit 18. The vehicle was described as weaving in and out of traffic and speeding. According to initial reports, the driver may have been operating erratically. Troopers are attempting to locate the vehicle. Further details remain limited at this time.
