At approximately 10:13 AM, Vermont State Police received reports of a white tractor trailer with a white cab driving erratically on I-91 northbound. The vehicle was described as unable to maintain its lane, reportedly swerving and forcing other drivers off the road. The incident occurred near a construction zone in the area of St. Johnsbury and Lyndonville. By 10:20 AM, troopers arrived on scene and were investigating.
