Man Reported Walking on I-91 On-Ramp at Exit 16

At approximately 12:29 PM, Vermont State Police received a report of a man walking on the northbound on-ramp of I-91 at exit 16, heading in the direction of the interstate. The man was described as wearing a blue shirt and shorts. Officers responded to the scene.

At approximately 12:36 PM, a state police unit reported searching northbound near mile marker 93 but had negative contact. A separate unit later reported seeing a person walking near the exit 16 area. The investigation is ongoing.
