At approximately 3:32 PM, Vermont State Police received reports of a possible intoxicated driver in the area of Memorial Drive and the Green Mountain Mall in St. Johnsbury. The vehicle, described as having Tennessee license plates, drove into the Green Mountain Mall parking lot, circled around, and then continued northbound on Memorial Drive. Officers later observed the vehicle entering the Walgreens parking lot. Police are continuing to investigate and are attempting to locate the driver. No injuries have been reported.
