At approximately 7:21 PM on Sunday, Vermont State Police were dispatched to reports of an erratic vehicle on Maple Hill Road near Hollow Road in Orleans. The vehicle was initially described as a blue Honda SUV but was later identified as a blue 2001 Audi A6.
An off-duty officer reported that the vehicle had been racing up and down the road for the third time that day. The vehicle was last seen turning from Maple Hill Road onto Hollow Road, heading toward the town of Orleans.
