A Craftsbury man was cited after a hit-and-run crash on Church Lane on July 11.

Justice Jameson, 33, was issued a citation to appear in the Orleans County Criminal Division for leaving the scene of a crash, according to Vermont State Police.

Police received a report at 10:52 a.m. of a crash near 7 Church Lane. John Miller, 77, of Irasburg, reported that his parked, unoccupied 2024 Honda CRV sustained moderate front-end damage after a vehicle backed into it and fled.

Troopers identified Jameson as the operator of a 2005 Dodge RAM that fled. He was located a short time later.
