Ethan Johnson, 30, of Concord, was cited by Vermont State Police on July 18 after an alleged trespass on a private road the previous evening.

Troopers responded to Ruszin Dr in Concord on July 17 at about 7:48 PM following a report of someone trespassing. The road is marked as private, and police said Johnson had previously been told he was not allowed on the property. The property owner, Shawn Tetreault, 51, also of Concord, reported the incident.

Johnson met with troopers at the St. Johnsbury Barracks on July 18 and was issued a citation to appear in Essex County Superior Court on August 18 at 8:30 AM. He was not lodged.
