At 3:46 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to a medical call on Vermont Route 102 in Bloomfield for a 79-year-old female experiencing difficulty breathing. The patient has a history of COPD and was also reported to have stomach issues. An ambulance was en route to the scene via Route 15 and I-91 at 3:51 PM. The patient's current condition is not yet known.
