At approximately 3:25 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to a report of a vehicle that struck a tree on Shiloh Lake Road in Concord. Initial reports indicate that a pickup truck, described as an F-250, was involved. The status of any injuries is not yet known. Further details are pending.
