Vermont State Police arrested a Bradford man July 25 on a domestic assault charge following an investigation into a disturbance on Fairground Road.
According to police, troopers were called to a residence around 8:29 p.m. and found that Anthony Lupacchino, 31, had caused injuries to a household member. Lupacchino later met with troopers at the Bradford outpost and was taken into custody.
He is scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division on July 26 at 12:30 p.m. The court date is subject to change.
