BOL Issued for Side-by-Side with Children on River Road in Victory

At approximately 4:17 PM, Vermont State Police issued a BOL for a side-by-side vehicle on River Road in Victory. According to dispatch, the vehicle is being operated by a male in their 20s or 30s and has three children inside without helmets. The side-by-side was described as a color advisor and was driving erratically. The incident was reported about 30 minutes prior. Units are searching the area.

At 4:18 PM, dispatch reiterated the BOL, stating the side-by-side was last seen on River Road in Victory and had been reported approximately 30 minutes prior.
