At approximately 3:16 PM, Vermont State Police issued a BOL for a juvenile, described as 13 to 15 years old, riding a small, possibly Yamaha, dark green four-wheeler in the area of Pitridge Road, Route 68, Hunt Road, and St. George Road in Barton. The juvenile was reportedly driving at high speed and doing donuts on the roads, and was not wearing a helmet. Police are asking for attention to the Barton area.
