At approximately 11:20 AM, Vermont State Police issued a BOL for a blue Toyota pickup truck, Vermont plate 28 554, last seen leaving Church Street in Lyndonville heading toward Main Street. The caller reported that the driver appeared to be under the influence of drugs. No further details have been released at this time.
