At approximately 3:40 PM, Vermont State Police responded to a disabled vehicle on Route 5 in Lyndonville. The vehicle, a black Chrysler Town and Country, had two blown-out passenger tires that were shredded and partially in the roadway. Police ran a registration check and attempted to contact the owner. No injuries have been reported. The roadway may be partially blocked. No further details are available at this time.
