At approximately 2:24 PM, Vermont State Police issued a BOL for a gold F-250 or F-350 on I-91 northbound near mile marker 126. The vehicle, described as a newer model with New Hampshire plates, was reported to be all over the roadway and unable to maintain a lane. At approximately 2:25 PM, the vehicle was last reported heading toward the St. Johnsbury area.
