Erratic Jeep Wrangler Reported on Route 14 Near Albany

At approximately 2:41 PM, Vermont State Police received a report of a Jeep Wrangler driving erratically on Route 14 south near Albany. The caller stated the vehicle almost struck construction workers and several oncoming cars, and was all over the road, unable to maintain its lane. A license plate was reported as John 6-1, Victor Tom Roberts, but officers were unable to confirm immediately. At approximately 2:42 PM, a BOL was issued for the vehicle, which was last reported entering the village of Albany. Police are responding to the area.
