At approximately 1:53 PM, emergency responders in St. Johnsbury were dispatched to a report of a person experiencing seizures. Upon arrival, first responders noted that the individual had been having seizures prior to their arrival. According to initial reports, the person declined medical and mental health assistance. At 1:56 PM, mental health services were contacted to evaluate the individual. The incident remains under investigation.
