At approximately 10:13 PM on May 31, emergency dispatch received a report of wires down in the road in the Lancaster area. First responders were dispatched to the scene. At 10:22 PM, dispatchers coordinated with personnel to identify the responsible utility company. At 10:26 PM, a Lancaster utility unit arrived on scene and confirmed the downed wires. At 10:48 PM, utility crews reported that the wires were blocking the entire road and that a ticket had been submitted for an estimated time of arrival. At 11:00 PM, a Lancaster utility unit reported heading toward the scene. Further details on the exact location and cause are not yet available.
