At 10:47 PM, Lancaster police were dispatched to Elm Street for a report of an intoxicated male who had just left his home driving a blue Honda Civic with license plate beginning with BOKYO. The caller stated the husband was intoxicated and left about five minutes ago. Police were searching for the vehicle.
