At approximately 2:04 PM, State Police requested a welfare check for Elvoy Mail, who was reported to be in a silver pickup truck on Route 3 near the Stratford Town Office in Stratford, New Hampshire. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene. The individual is to be evaluated. Further details are limited at this time.
