At approximately 12:43 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to a welfare check in Brighton. Vermont State Police made entry into a residence and found a 73-year-old male in poor condition. Expedited medical transport was requested. Morgan Rescue responded to the scene. Further details are limited at this time.
