Vehicle Strikes Propane Tank in Warren, Propane Leak Reported

At approximately 3:59 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to a residence in Warren after a vehicle struck a homeowner's propane tank. The caller reported smelling propane. The vehicle was described as a 2018 black Ford F-150. The driver, an elderly man who later indicated he has dementia, was taken into custody.
