At approximately 11:08 AM, emergency crews were dispatched to the junction of Razor Hill Road and Route 4 in Orange for a report of a vehicle accident. An older male was reported to be inside the vehicle, which was sticking out into the roadway. The nature and extent of any injuries are not yet known. Crews are on scene assessing the situation.
