At approximately 5:20 PM, Vermont State Police responded to a report of a van stopped on the side of Interstate 91 near mile marker 143 in St. Johnsbury. The van's hood was up, and the driver appeared to be seeking assistance. Officers confirmed the driver needed help and cleared the scene. No injuries were reported.
