Unresponsive Person Found in Truck Near Newport Airport

This is a developing story. Details are preliminary and subject to change as more information becomes available.

At approximately 4:20 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to a parking lot near the Newport State Airport for a report of a person unresponsive inside a blue Ford F-150 pickup truck. Initial reports indicated the individual was not breathing. Police and ambulance crews responded to the scene.

At approximately 5:19 PM, a Newport Ambulance unit transported the patient to North Country Hospital. The ambulance arrived at the hospital at 5:29 PM.
