At approximately 1:28 PM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to 186 Medical Village Drive in Newport City for a 57-year-old male who had passed out. The caller reported that the individual was believed to be regaining consciousness. First responders are on scene assessing the situation.
At 1:32 PM, Newport Police reported they were on scene.
