At approximately 11:45 AM, Monroe Fire Department received a report of an unknown substance in a red barrel labeled sulfate at a property on Sunset Drive. A caller advised that they were unsure what the substance was or what was inside the barrel. Units responded and by 11:52 AM, Monroe K-3 was on scene investigating. Further details will be provided as they become available.
