At approximately 9:11 AM on Friday, emergency responders were dispatched to Angel Lake Road in Charleston for a report of two elderly people who had fallen. Newport Police and Morgan Rescue were among the first to respond. At 9:21 AM, additional details emerged: a female on the ground is complaining of shoulder pain and a headache and cannot move very much. Crews from Twin Fire and Johnson Fire have also arrived on scene to assist. Information on the second individual is still pending.
