St. Johnsbury Police Respond to Person Collapsed on River Road

At 8:21 PM, St. Johnsbury Police were dispatched to a report of a man who had collapsed on a porch at a residence on River Road. According to dispatch reports, a caller reported that a man had entered and exited a building before collapsing on the porch. The landlord advised contacting police. Units responded to the scene, and there was discussion about requesting medical assistance. At 8:23 PM, additional initial reports indicated that the person had walked out onto the porch and collapsed. Further details are pending.
