At approximately 12:21 p.m. Tuesday, St. Johnsbury Dispatch received a report of a 68-year-old male with difficulty breathing and decreasing vital signs on Moose River Drive. According to first responders, St. Johnsbury Fire Department and Mountain Health were dispatched to the scene. At 12:55 p.m., further dispatch reports indicated the patient has a cardiac history, and Troopfield Ambulance was responding. Further details about the man's condition are not yet available.
