At 9:11 AM, Morgan Rescue was dispatched to 152 East Echo Lake Road in Charleston for a report of two elderly individuals who had fallen. At 9:22 AM, responders arrived on scene, and a person from Johnson Fire who was already there reported that the female is on the ground complaining of shoulder pain and a headache and cannot move very much. The condition of the second individual is not yet known. Further details are expected as crews continue to assess the scene.
